Thoughts on Bilingual Video

I believe that learning a 2nd or 3rd language is important, it keeps your memory working which helps fight off Alzheimer's . The shocking part of the video is when the speaker said that a language dies  every 14 days, that statistic is shocking to me. English is the global language, its too late to change that, but we shouldn't not have a standardize English test.
